Psychiatric Evaluation
$300+
Our initial visit will be to establish care. This in depth psychiatric evaluation consists of a comprehensive assessment of both your medical and mental health history. Together, we will conduct a thorough review of your symptoms current and past, utilizing multiple assessment techniques including reliable screenings and psychiatric testing for mental health conditions. While a definitive diagnosis isn't always possible after a single encounter, a working diagnosis will help indicate if further testing is needed. During this time, we will also discuss our goals for care and evaluate the best treatment options available to you. We also provide the option to have appointments that encompass thorough physical examinations and laboratory testing, aiming to deliver a more well-rounded and holistic approach to mental healthcare. Please allow 60-90 minutes for initial appointments.

Medication Management $150+
We specialize in medication management, providing ongoing comprehensive assessments to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of prescribed medications and to best optimize treatment. During these visits, we will assess your symptoms and make mutual decisions about any adjustments to treatment including medication and non-medication modalities.

While these appointments are typically 30 minutes, we recognize that having more extensive one on one time with your provider may be preferable at times. To best accommodate your individual needs, we also offer the option to schedule 45 or 60 minute follow up appointments.
QbCheck interpretation $200
QbCheck is an objective test that uses innovative technology to assess ADHD symptoms. It is the only FDA cleared and CE marked ADHD test of its kind. This is a “Computerized Continuous Performance Test” (CPT), widely considered the gold standard for diagnosing ADHD, and provides objective and unbiased outcome measurements. Using QbCheck in tandem with a thorough clinical evaluation, we are able to diagnose ADHD with a high degree of certainty. This objective testing also enables us to monitor the effectiveness of medication and counselling treatment programs. The fee does not include the $150 cost of the test itself.
pharmacoGenetic Testing Interpretation $200
Pharmacogenetic testing offers an opportunity to further personalize your care. Comprehensive analysis of genetic data can provide more targeted information about how you uniquely metabolize, respond to, and tolerate different drugs. This allows us to make more informed treatment decisions about what medications we prescribe you, and at what dosages. This fee does not include the cost of the test.
ADHD Coaching and classes
Coaching is an intervention that complements medication and other non-pharmacologic alternatives and can be an important part of successful ADHD management. We help individuals with ADHD develop the skills they need to succeed. Sessions address the core impairments of ADHD such as planning, time management, goal setting, organization and problem solving and are uniquely tailored to individual needs. Additionally, we offer small group classes that provide an opportunity to learn and grow skills within a cohort setting alongside peers. Coaching is only offered to established patients at this time.
